They was the problem i had as my server is rented i needed to contact them for the right ports and it worked fine

Hi, new to the forum just got my site set up today.

i have enabled the teamspeak 3 viewer in the settings, and it shows on my site but says unable to connect to the server, i have entered the right details as far as im aware both ports and server address.

Anyone able to help.
