You can see how we implemented our bank. We use RPGO and had the page implemented as a wrapper.

Guild Bank Sample;
http://easysitebuilder.ca/daniel/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogsection&id=9&Itemid=62

Hello,

I have been playing around with the website and I did make a manual Guild Bank inside of our CMS(joomla) It is not automatic but it would work if someone wanted to take the time to add the items from the bank into their website.

This sample I created uses the item stats code like this ([itemico] Name of item[/itemico] ) by using this code inside of our websites you can add just the item icon to almost any page of our sites.

As you see in the demo I made different “Categories” all under the main “Section” “Guild Bank”, then I added each item and an amount. This system would work great if someone was willing to add the items and remember to adjust the website once they gave something to someone.

You could even make little notes under the item sections of who got what and when. By enabling "created dates" and "updated dates" you can see exactly when an item was added and when it was last updated.

I think this could work very well if you were keeping it up to date; the only downside is this system is not automatic and would require a fair bit of time for the initial set-up. Once set-up the adding of new items would need to be done and of course removing items would be up to the person or people in charge.

Let me know what your thoughts are on this or other systems available.

Great thanks I appriciate that, I have another question for you. Our guild has a guild bank character and we use Guild Banker which keeps track of the items and money in the bank. Does your websites have a guild bank? Or do you know of or have a module/wrapper that a customer could install on there site for a bank? We are interested in the ability to add to the bank the items we want in the bank and an ability to add deposits to the money account. Of course this is just a tracking system it would not actually add money to a characters account.

We are really interested in a bank on our web site, please let me know if you can help with this.

Thanks,
Oh, and all these questions are not in vain. We do intend on going with you guys as long as we can do what we need to do, or develope some sort of work around. Let me know if you need to see an example, I can dig up a link to a site that already has a bank on there website.

Hello Corwin,

I am not aware of any Guild Banker programs that work on a website other then the plug-in for EQDKP, I have seen 2 programs at Curse gaming that offer free Guild Banker programs that are used while playing wow.

http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/files/details/6547/sc-redbanker/
http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=3900

Both of those programs are designed to work in the game.

If you have found something else please forward me the link.

Regards

Hey there I have been going over quite a few web sites that offer Guild packages and so far you guys are #1, so I have a few questions for you. Hopefully you can help.

#1 How much access will I have to the files on the webserver? (Only my website files, reason is I may want to create sub directorys and such, I may even want to make a sub-domain)

#2 How many web sites are you manageing on one server, is my guild site going to be fast? (I know you cannot guarentee uptime, you do claim 99.9%)

#3 Will I be able to add modules or add-ons to my guild site? (For example, I am looking into adding a irc-chat module, or others as well)

#4 Im not that great with html/php and other code, I know how to edit files and such but I am not good at the more advanced stuff, are you going to set up all the basic modules? (I know I have to add the DKP if I want it, and I think I can handle that.)

#5 Do you off telepohone support as well as online support?

#6 Do you offer any kind of compensation if one of your customers reefers another person to your company and purchases a guild site? (This wont make or break my sale, lol I am just woundering)

#6 If I purchase a guild package, will it be hosted on a windows server or a linux server? (I know Joomla! requires features that are normally on a windows server but I was thinking sometime you can put some of this features on a linux server to, for example sometimes you can run a php file on a windows server is you have the correct apache module)

#7 Can I put another guild website on my same account, example, if I purchase your guild package will I have the ability to make a sub-domain with another one of your guild templates running on it? (With WoW I am on a few differant servers, and currently I am in 2 differant guilds, can I put both guilds on my account if I don't exceed bandwidth limits, if I get the package that has bandwidth limits)

Sorry I have so many questions, I may ask another one or two when I think of it. I figure if I am going to do this I may as well make sure you fit what I need and just stick with you guys when I need a guild web site instead of bounceing around, you offer a fair yet competitive price and thats helps a lot.

Thanks,
Corwin
