Hello.

I ordered the new BC layout and love it! Thank you so much!

A few guildies have asked about the Karazhan key section that we've seen on the sell sheet, but I don't know how to set it up. Is this option only available with the 500 MB version? I've purchased the 250 MB version.

Yes everything has to be deleted to install this new template including your forum and all posts and yes your members will need to re-join. There is no simple answer for upgrading to this new design.

If you need to save special posts and articles you will need to copy and paste them to your computer as a text documents, then re-add them to the new site manually.

I am sorry but there is no other way to upgrade to this template.

This template will only be available with the 500MB hosting packages as it is demonstrated on http://wow.clansandguilds.ca.

They are discussing a similar version that would be available for the 250 MB customers that would look basically the same but would not have all the functionality, as far as what features will not be included in the 250 MB version that has not been decided.

They are also planning an upgrade version for existing customers for a fee, but this is still in the workings. Part of the problem is that the new site uses so many different modules and components there are no simple solutions. It is not possible to just install this template and have the new site up, mainly because of all the custom configuring that would be missing and custom configuring is not something any guild could afford.

The only way this new site can be set-up to be cost effective for everyone is to do a fresh install then provide a time where guilds could access both sites and they could move important articles and images from the old site to the new one.

Well after lots of customer suggestions we have completed our 4th template.

UPDATE! May 5, 2007 - 2 Versions will be available to our new or upgrading customers, the only difference will be that the 250MB version will not have private messaging or the Shout box features.

Current Customers can upgrade to this template by paying a one-time fee of $25.00, however the upgrade will include a complete wipe of the current site so customers are encouraged to save all important articles to their own hard drives by copying and pasting what they want to keep.


This new template has many new features here is a list of some of the features that are included:

1. New 3-In-1 Template design, switch the background at any time by clicking the icons at the top right on the website, change from the New Burning Crusades theme or Horde Background or Alliance Background.
