Our state-of-the-art data centre was built to genuity standards. The main center is an 80,000 sq. ft. Intelligent Internet Data Center with a capacity of more than 35,000 servers.

A World Class Facility
$75 million has been invested in the Internet Data Center that will be expanded to 150,000sq. Ft. of hosting solution floor space. This means we can deliver system availability, reliability and security of a calibre that is hard to accomplish on your own.

Physical Security
Our data center employs a multi-level approach to security – ensuring that all of your systems and applications operate in a safe and reliable environment. The center provides top-level 24x7x365 perimeter security including video surveillance, biometric and card-key access and 24-hour on-site security.

Fire Suppression
The center has a state-of-the-art smoke detection system with the ability to scan even the smallest particle (up to 3PPM) in the air.

Power Requirements
Electrical engineers have designed our power systems and assure us that our system will meet all current and future power requirements. Our power is supplied to our premises where it is then connected to a UPS (uninterruptible power supply), which will handle all power requirements in the case of a power failure.

In the aftermath of the history-making power outages affecting the east coast from August 14-16, 2003, our data center maintained a flawless operational performance during the power failures. All websites and email for over 260 private label partners functioned without interruption or degradation of service of any kind.
 

100% Joomla Dedicated Servers 
We use ONLY 100% dedicated Joomla servers with Register Globals “OFF” (before you host with anyone make sure they have Joomla dedicated servers, anything less is not acceptable).

The Environment
The entire facility has raised flooring and has a strictly controlled dust and pollution free environment. The climate control system maintains a consistent range of between 13-21°C (55-70°F) and humidity at 40 to 60 percent in a static free environment. Built to withstand even the worst environmental catastrophes.

Connectivity
The Internet Data Center contains a robust reliable and high quality network. It operates on a SONET ring, diverse redundant fiber-optic network connections with a capacity capable of OC192 (10 Gigabits/sec.) connected by the latest switching and high-speed routing equipment.
