1. All backups are internally handled by our Rackspace team and the backups are run once nightly, the backups consist of ALL website files and ALL databases for every site on every server, these files are not accessible in anyway.
2. If a restore is ever required we will handle all aspects of the restore process and we are able to restore only the needed tables of “Your Database” that are affected or corrupted. This is extremely important as we can do what we call “Precision Restores” with this ability it ensures that we ONLY restore the part of the site that is needed.
3. Guaranteed back-ups, Our Back-up system is flawless and it is the same system used by Rackspace.com fortune 500 companies. This is absolute peace of mind and if a restore is ever required you need only contact us as soon as possible and we will put our Back-up & Restore team into action.
4. This is an INCLUDED service for ALL our customers and one of the major reasons we are not a $5.00/m hosting company. This service is a huge expense to our company but it offers absolute peace of mind for us, our guilds and their guild members. (Its like your mother always said you get what you paid for!)

6. We do not provide MYSQL dumps and all Restore files are kept for 14 days so if a restore is ever required it is "YOUR" responsibility to contact us in a timely manner or you run the risk of losing a viable backup copy of your site.

Performing a Data Restore

Completion times will vary depending on how much information needs to be restored. Typically, it takes from 1 to 2 hours for a site to be restored
